• Park hours are from dawn to dusk.
• Glass containers are prohibited.
• Alcoholic beverage consumption is prohibited (unless otherwise indicated).
• Littering is prohibited. Use trash receptacles.
• Scooters and skateboards are prohibited.
• Motorized vehicles are prohibited off roadways and beyond parking areas.
• Improperly parked vehicles will be towed.
• Two hour parking are for patrons only.
• Vending or sales are prohibited without permit.
• Hunting or use of firearms is prohibited.
• Dogs are to remain on leash at all times.
• Pet owners are required to pick up after pets Ordinance 2003-1275, Sec. 6-24.
• Plants and animals are protected – do not remove or molest.
• Control noise levels – please be respectful of others.

• US 59 North traveling South: From US 59 South > Take I-10 E/I-10 W exit toward Beaumont/San Antonio > Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 10 W/San Antonio and merge onto I-10 > Take exit 764 toward Washington Ave/Westcott St > merge onto Katy Freeway Service Road > Sharp left onto Washington Ave > Continue onto Westcott St > Turn right onto Memorial Loop Dr. > Keep left to continue on W Memorial Loop Dr. > Memorial Park
• US 59 South traveling North: From US 59 North > Take exit I-610 N > Take exit 10 toward Woodway Drive/Memorial Drive > Merge onto West Loop S > Keep right to stay on West Loop S > Take the 1st right onto Woodway Dr.> Continue onto Memorial Dr. > Turn left onto N Picnic Ln. > Continue onto W Memorial Loop Dr. > Memorial Park.
• I-45 North traveling South: From I-45 S > Take exit 48B for I-10 W toward San Antonio > Merge onto I-10 > Take exit 764 toward Washington Ave/Westcott St. > Merge onto Katy Freeway Service Road > Sharp left onto Washington Ave > Continue onto Westcott St > Turn right onto Memorial Loop Dr. > Keep left to continue on W Memorial Loop Dr. > Memorial Park.
